Spend hours exploring the beautiful beaches and waterways. You can even walk out to Green Island on low tide. Great spot for fishing, surfing and kayaking.
On those rainy days you can play pool on the great table provided.

Newly renovated kitchen with indusction cooktop and new rear deck with undercover area.
Two bedrooms upstairs with queen and two singles, bathroom also.
Downstairs via external access there is a large room with queen and a trundle bed (2 singles)along with pool table and second TV / fridge and bathroom with shower and toilet.
Wooden or gas BBQ for cooking your food on those evenings when you would rather be outdoors.
Undercover parking for cars or the boat.
