The house utilize sustainable features like passive solar, rainwater use, solar panels, heat pump hot water, LED lighting as well as being plantation timber framed and interior clad house.
While being sustainable in many ways, it still manages to present as a luxurious and relaxing home.
Return from the beach and enjoy the outside shower with hot and cold water, float in the tubs or relax for some sport or a movie in the media room or in the living room. Enjoy the heat of the fireplace or the sun drenching through the sliding living room doors.

Dive into some of the South Coasts most beautiful beaches including Manyana Beach, Green Island and Lake Conjola minutes walk out your front door with sea eagles flying overhead and whales and dolphins offshore. In the immediate vicinity is the community centre, tennis courts, skate park and childrens playground as well as the oval.
Close enough to Canberra and Sydney (approx 3 hrs) and Nowra (45 mins) for weekend getaways. Only footprints you see on beach during your early morning run are from kangaroos!
