Manyana is located nearsome of the south coasts most seductive beaches and eclectic towns. Milton and Ulladulla have plenty if shops for browsing, along with cinemas, bowling alleys and gyms only 20 mins away if you need to escape the pristine conditions or need a break from enjoying the beaches , bush and lake.
Recently renovated by new ownersthis home has been purpose built to enjoy the views and coastal lifestyle.
The property's location is superb, located at the crest of the hill overlooking the ocean.

Bendalong is a 30-minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs.
At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.
Strictly no smoking inside or pets at this property as local kangaroos visit.
