Water views of Green Island from this original beach house located in a quite culdesac.
Open plan kitchen, dining and loungeroom up stairs with dishwasher, TV, DVD. Gas BBQ provided also.
Undercover deck.
Two bedrooms and bathroom (shower +toilet) located on upper floor along with additional sitting room.
There is a second bathroom with shower and toilet downstairs and a laundry.
Garage to store bikes and boards.
Two local cafes and general store at Bendalong and Cunjurong Point.
Tennis courts (but must bring own rackets and balls) , soccer field, skate park and basket ball court in Manyana.
Plenty of beaches bays and lakes to enjoy fishing , surfing, skiiing , kayaking, kite surfing etc.
Min 2 night bookings and weekly during Xmas school holidays.
Refundable bond and booking fee payable.
