This two bedroom cottage is an easy walk to Inyadda Beach and not far to Manyana Beach and Green Island also.

Freshly renovated ready for the Xmas school holidays with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.

Electric cook top and oven, microwave and gas bbq.

Walk out onto the covered rear deck for views of the bush and local wildlife and glimpses of the surf.

Bendalong Store and Cafe is a short 2 min drive by car or walk along the bush track and over the bridge for a bit of exercise, it may take 20 mins.

There are also tennis courts (but must bring own rackets and balls), a soccer field, basketball courts and a skate park in Manyana.

Sofa bed in loungeroom.

No smoking.

Gas bbq.

Slow combustion fireplace (no firewood provided)
