A short walk from lake, surf and Green Island, this light filled seventies classic is the south coast studio for two Sydney Painters. Furnished by generations (retro with a hint of IKEA) it sleeps seven and is ideal for your family holiday. A huge covered deck with BBQ and pool table with exceptional all weather outdoor living space.
There is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge rooms along with 3 bedrooms 2 with double beds, and one with a double bunk and a single.
One bathroom with shower and toilet and laundry located downstairs.
Cafe with burgers, fish and chips, house made pizza and good coffee nearby.
