Located just a stones throw away from Manyana Beach and Green Island with waterviews is Point of View.
Sit on the front or rear decks and listen to the sound of the waves or native birds.
The loungeroom is spacious and has a large flatscreen TV with Netflix.
There is a separate dining room with laundry facilities hidden away also.
The kitchen has a gas cooktop and electric wall oven, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer.
All three bedrooms are upstair. Two with queen beds and built in wardrobes.
The third bedroom has two sets of bunks.
Downstairs is a lock up garage (on left) and fully fenced rear yard.also
On the front undercover deck is some cane outdoor furniture and the rear deck has a gas bbq and outdoor furniture also.
Refundable bond and booking fee payable.
Free WIFI available / Dog allowed outside.
Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases and tea towels.
No bucks weekends, hens nights or parties allowed without owners approval.
