At entry level, on the ground floor, is a spacious TV lounge room leading out to the rear yard.
On this floor also, is one bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry with external access to clothes lines, and a bedroom with two king singles and ceiling fans.
The second floor is beautifully presented with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with a Yahama integrated audio system, bathroom and undercover decks front and back.
Two bedrooms on this level have Queen beds and ceiling fans also with the master suite having an ensuite.
This house is perfect for 3 couples or an adult family.
